Do I need any coding skills to use EcomLab?

No coding required. Everything is controlled through Shopify's theme editor with drag-and-drop sections, color pickers, font selectors, and toggle switches. If you can use Shopify, you can use EcomLab.
How does the license work?

After purchase you receive a license key (ELT-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). You enter this in your Shopify theme settings and it activates the theme for your store. Standard licenses cover one store. Lifetime licenses cover unlimited stores.
How do I install it?

Go to theme.brainboxecomlab.com, enter your license key and store URL, and click Auto-Install. The theme pushes directly to your Shopify store in under 60 seconds — no file downloads, no manual upload, no technical knowledge needed. You can also download the ZIP and upload it manually if you prefer.
Will EcomLab work with my existing apps?

Yes. EcomLab is built on standard Shopify architecture and is compatible with all major apps — ReConvert, Loox, Judge.me, Klaviyo, Zipify, GemPages, and all others. It follows Shopify's app block standards.
What if I switch stores or change my domain?

If you're on the Standard plan and move stores, contact us at support@brainboxecomlab.com and we'll transfer the license binding to your new domain. Lifetime plan holders can install on as many stores as they want simultaneously with no restrictions.
Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If you're not satisfied within 7 days of purchase and the theme has not been activated on a live store, we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked. Email support@brainboxecomlab.com with your order details.
How are updates delivered?
